  • Sunil Jain
    Managing Partner, Sprout Capital Advisors LLP

    Sunil Jain is a veteran Investment Banker with more than 17 (seventeen) years of experience in Investment Banking and Asset Management and is currently the managing partner at Sprout Capital Advisors LLP, a leading boutique Investment Bank which has been acknowledged as Top Ten Investment Bank in India in 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 as per VCCEDGE / VENTURE INTELLIGENCE rankings.

    Sunil also runs Sprout Investment Advisors LLP, which is the Investment Manager and Sponsor of SPROUT VENTURE PARTNERS FUND a Category I MicroVC fund which will look to invest USD 100-500K in startups.

    Jain has worked extensively across consumer enablers, infra enablers and real estate sectors and has crafted, lead and closed transactions worth USD 1.5bn. He has vast and rich experience in deal sourcing, deal making, deal structuring and creating exits for clients through acquisitions and mergers.

    Prior to founding Sprout in 2012, Sunil has worked for JP Morgan and MAPE Advisory Group in their investment banking divisions.

    Jain is an active angel Investor and has invested in companies like DesignCafe, Lodestar Education, Gapoon, Rupeek Fintech, etc.,

    Jain was also recognized in the inaugural list of 40 UNDER 40 Alternative Investment Professionals in India y AIWMI.

    He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a MBA in Investment Banking from SP Jain Centre of Management.

Vishesh has over 12 years of investing experience across enterprise technologies and industrial hardware. He has been actively involved across the life-cycle of venture capital investing from deal sourcing, building networks, investing, monitoring and creating value and exit engineering.

  • Vikram Gupta
    Partner, Endiya Partners

    Mr. Vikram Gupta is the Founder & Managing Partner of IvyCap Ventures Advisors Private Limited that manages around INR 800 Cr. (USD 110 mn approx..) across two Funds that have been raised almost entirely in India. Started in 2011, IvyCap has now become the largest homegrown Venture Capital Fund in India. IvyCap has also launched its first Venture Debt Fund of about INR 500 Cr (USD 70 mn approx.) and an Angel Fund of around INR 60 Cr. (USD 8 mn approx.).     Mr. Gupta has over 20 years of experience in Venture Capital, Business Consulting, M&A, Strategy and Technology across multiple sectors. Majority of his experience has been in the operating, consulting and investing areas in Healthcare industry across the domains of Pharmaceuticals, Clinical Research, Technology Consulting, Hospitals, Healthcare Insurance. Mr. Gupta is known for setting up India’s First Healthcare and Life Sciences Venture Capital Fund (USD 100 mn in size) where Ajay Piramal was the sponsor. Previously, he also managed the Clinical Genomics practice for IBM’s Healthcare and Life Sciences vertical in the US. He has also been an entrepreneur himself in the areas of technology and healthcare.

    Mr. Vikram Gupta has completed his B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering from IIT Delhi and has an MBA degree in Strategy and Finance from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA.

    Pranav Pai is the Founding Partner and Chief Investment Officer at 3one4 Capital - an early stage venture capital fund based in Bangalore, India.

    Pranav is deeply involved with the startup ecosystem and leads investments and portfolio construction at 3one4 Capital. As part of 3one4, he has made over 50 seed and venture capital investments across several investment categories in India and the US. 3one4’s investments include YourStory, Licious, Faircent, DarwinBox, BetterPlace, Tonetag, Tripoto, i2e1, and Tracxn. The fund has been consistently ranked as one of India's top investment firms. Pranav serves on the boards of and as an advisor to several of the companies in the portfolio.

    Through an independent dedicated LP strategy, Pranav also engages with an extended funding ecosystem of over 30 different investment vehicles across private equity over different sub assetclasses such as early and growth stage venture capital, public markets, real estate project financing, and venture debt in India and the US.

    As Co-President of the Stanford Angels and Entrepreneurs network in India, Pranav continues to help cultivate a cross-border feed-forward loop of innovation in the early stage between academia, corporate partners, market leaders, investors, subject-matter experts, and tech startup founders. Pranav is also an Investment Committee Member of the Reliance Jio Gennext Accelerator in Mumbai.

    Previously, he was an early employee and Lead Product Manager at EdCast, an education technology startup in the San Francisco Bay Area. At EdCast, Pranav helped launch multiple products that continue to serve several Fortune 100 clients and raise capital from top tier venture capital and corporate investment firms like Softbank, GE Capital, and Menlo Ventures.

    Pranav graduated with a Master's in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and with a Bachelor's in Electronics and Communications Engineering from RV College, Bangalore.

    Anil is founder of Bluebolt Accelerator, a B2B deep tech startups accelerator. Anil founded Startup India Foundation, a non-profit initiative by a group of successful and experienced entrepreneurs to help grow the early stage startup ecosystem in India. Anil is a well-regarded startup mentor in the Indian startup ecosystem and a TEDx speaker. Anil was the anchor judge for Haywards 5000 Haunslay ki Udaan, India's First Startup Reality TV Show and the official startup coach for The Vault Show, India's answer to Shark Tank. Fondly known as Katappa of the Indian startup ecosystem, Anil is admired for his outspoken no-nonsense views about the startups and the ecosystem. He is most sought after judge for startup pitching events and hackathons. He has judged over 1000 startups in the last 12 months.

    In 2001, Anil founded 24x7 Learning and led its growth over a decade to become India’s largest e-learning implementation company besides successfully raising multiple rounds of investments including $4m from Network 18. Prior to founding 24x7 Learning, Anil had successfully setup and launched businesses for two large multinational companies in India.

    Besides his engineering from NIT Kurukshetra, he has studied sculpting at New York Academy of Fine Arts and about art markets at Sotheby’s Institute of Art in London.

    Rajiv did his post graduation (MBA) from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and is also a qualified Cost and Management Accountant.

    In this current role, Rajiv is an early stage fund manager focusing on helping scale early stage B2B tech companies in their journey. Arali provides product build and early scale capital for entrepreneurs focused on building enterprise tech businesses and creating deep enterprise value.
